Cathy is an exceptional realtor. We were looking for the perfect house to be our first home for over a year. Cathy never gave up on us. Shes very dedicated and always tried to find houses based on our requirements and needs. We truly appreciate her patience and support in the process. When we finally did find "the one" Cathy did everything in her power to quickly move things along while ensuring everything to go smoothly for us. She handled everything with ease and grace (even during the stressful moments) and made our first home buying process a dream. We are so grateful to have had her on our side and couldn't be happier in our home.

Cathy has assisted me in buying a condo and then 4 years later I sold it. she helped me with both the buy and the sell transactions. She was there for me whenever I needed her, detail oriented, a great negotiator and overall WONDERFUL to work with and have in my corner. I highly recommend Cathy as a real estate agent.

I contracted Cathy as my realtor to sell my home which was recently renovated and located on a busy road. She did all the research about the town, history of the home, property value based on comps as well as feedback she actively took from her peers in the office. Although they were a bit conservative in what they felt the house would sell for, Cathy instinctively understood the potential the home had for the right family. She listed it a bit more aggressive than her peers feedback. She immersed herself in the sale and she immediately started to host open houses. The result, a sale in a short period of time and at the price she felt was what the house was worth. She was available and communicated with me at all times during the listing as well as through the contract negotiations. I have purchased (4) homes and by far, Cathy was the best realtor I worked with. If only she could sell homes in other states!
