DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICES. THEY DID NOT EVEN HEAR ME PROPERLY AND LITERALLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. VERY VERY VERY RUDE IN CONVERASATION. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 11 MINUTES.

I paid Mr. Kaplow a four figure retainer, waited two and a half months, and received absolutely no tangible results. The counterparty to my complaint simply ignored Mr. Kaplow and I found Mr. Kaplow to be the exact opposite of "aggressive" - he just sat back as time passed and I had to prod him to try something else.

Do not hire this man.  He took my retainer and did nothing for me and my son.  He is supposed to pride himself on helping special education families in need, but all he does is lie and lie to your face.  He is lazy and unreliable and his office staff if that is what you call it really need to get their dates in order.  He billed me for work I did not authorize and he was hired to write a simple letter which he never did.  All he is worried about is getting paid nit your child.  Save your time and energy and dont pick up the phone.

Richard Kaplow works in a profession full of snakes and predators where Mr Kaplow excels in both categories. He is as untrustworthy as a Snake Oil salesman and as unethical as personal injury attorney.  He was hired to do a simple job for my son and proceeded to take my money and never do a thing. During the pandemic my son has struggled terribly with remote learning and started to regress from all the progress he made. Mr Kaplow was informed about the urgency of this issue and took my retainer and never wrote the letter. In fact the only thing he wrote was a bill where he said I owed him another $1700 for the work he never did.  He is a terribly bitter old man who believes his clients are below him.  This man could care less about children with special needs and it shows..  I would rather defend myself in court then ever hire this man. Please save yourself the headache and hire another lawyer.
