As you can read in the other reviews this company is very shady with their pricing. I recently switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon and I was promised a price of $160 a month (which included multiple welcome promotions). Surprisingly these promotions have not kicked in yet 'due to internal pending issues' and our bill has been over $250 ever since signing up 4 months ago. I consistently have to waste my time and go to the store to get the monthly bill adjusted. Of course they dont answer the phone nor emails. Only way to get something resolved is in person. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service much better than in the past and they worked through the problems to arrive at a solution that made sense.

I do not recommend switching over. I was a longtime Verizon customer and decided to switch over to TMobile to save money. Not a good decision. I was promised multiple new customer promotions that never went through and my bill has been much higher than expected. I have gone to the store 4 times in 3 months to get this resolved and because of 'internal tickets pending' it hasn't been resolved. I have been promised I will receive follow up calls which never happen either. Horrible way to treat a new customer. This has been headache after headache every time I have received a new bill. Sad.

T-Mobile may work for some. For me it has been an absolute nightmare. This business is anything but reliable. Very poor experience as a customer. I was promised a series of promotions that have not yet kicked in and I have been paying over $100 more than initially agreed to. I have tried to contact the store and resolve this multiple times but I am always promised a call back that never comes. Would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.
