Modern, up to date clothing, good prices, many sales, good quality clothes and good service, very nice lady in charge. I recommend.

This review is based on the treatment of the staff towards customers, one person specifically, the African American female, not sure if she is the manager but she gives attitudes when she was asked to assist, she definitely does not have a friendly demeanor and appeared that she did not want to work because instead she was talking with someone about eyelashes. I also saw that she was talking to new staff in training with a demeaning tone. I am not sure how she obtained that position, but Gap needs to make sure their employees dont speak with demeaning tones of voice to customers or other staff members. Maybe provide better training. The interaction with this individual left a sour taste in my mouth and sadly, GAP is losing a customer.

One of the nicest gap stores I've been in. Meticulously kept and wonderful manager. She was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

1 month return policy, NO exceptions, no store credit, nothing. Last time I'm buying from the Gap. Not worth the aggravation.
