I had several issues I needed to address in person ranging from help navigating the website to depositing a certain type of check. Betty Spiropoulos took care of the transactions and in short order I was on my way. Betty and the tellers were not only helpful but were professional and personable! Always a nice experience

I frequently use this branch to manage my elderly parents accounts. Lidia Valencia takes care of my transactions most of the time. She is very friendly and efficient. A great asset to Ocean First of Westfield.

I had gone there the other day to switch over from a bank ive been using for 5-7 years to this one. ive heard great reviews about oceanfirst. i called and one of the tellers was able to assist me in just the general basics of what i needed to do/what to bring to make this a smooth transition. quick conversation but still very kind and professional. i got there later on in the day & everyone was super friendly. the teller i worked with for the hour was Joseph and he was great. he answered all my questions and was extremely patient. i felt that i was bothering him with all my questions but he was able to help me clearly understand that transitioning process from moving accounts to even different features the bank had to offer. he listened to my concerns and what i wanted from this bank & how i wanted to proceed. i genuinely had a great experience and everyone was personable. i appreciate the great customer service from this bank in addition to the fact that i was able to confidently walk out of that bank knowing that everything was in good hands. hands down, i would recommend anyone going to this bank!!
