Fails to call back over 2 years for my medical records and refused to return the SSI money. Left me in a moldy apartment with sever asthma amd transfer their apartments to Innovative Life of New Jeresy who happened to be half the corrupted management that was fired due to a state investigation back in 2014

when I house with serve behavioral health system, they wouldnt even give me my security deposit when I moved out. Federal assistance or funded and what not they dont help the people in need. dont do this to your disabled adult, they deserve a fulfilling life with improvement and empowerment. serv behavioral health does not provide that

This company has group homes all over New Jersey. And charges the client extremely high rent. And will not provide basic WiFi connection. Which would allow the client to have internet in there home. Just said this is a federally supported program which receives quite a few grants. This is reasonable thing clients should have access to.

This place is terrible!!! The staff doesn't care for the residents as they should. There are kids escaping almost getting hit by the local traffic. The staff doesn't even know the kids have escaped. If you want your loved one to be gone forever then this is the place, if you want your loved one to be cared for and to be happy find another company, these people could care less about your family members. It's all about the money to them!!!!

The serve program in highland Park NJ, was awesome for my brother, was nice clean and even had a pool, I'd like to some how get in there myself, it's not bad, the staff seemed nice, that's the best place if you ask me, it's even near a park within a huge walking distance on a semi busy road so loved ones or family who plan on not visiting too much , make sure the staff is well capable of responsable enough to keep an eye on you son daughter or telative... In any facility you go in, their not all good, and there was no life gaurd at the pool, and staff doesn't go and check on anyone unless your not back on time, not good for someone who is alone with no family or support and has no one in their life ... And they don't want to help or council anyone, so if your looking for that , make other arrangements,
