Due to staffing shortages that are impacting all businesses nationwide, Zufall is currently experiencing much higher than normal phone call volumes. There are a couple of other options for communicating with Zufall.

Send a text to our patient text line: 844-787-1846 or reply to any text message we have previously sent you, even if that text is from months ago. Zufall staff will reply to your message within one day. Please make sure your response includes any information that can help staff respond quickly to your request.

The Patient Portal is another easy way to message our staff, schedule and cancel appointments, review lab reports, and request prescriptions. Access the Portal by visiting www.zufallhealth.org/portal or using the Healow app on your phone. If you are not registered, ask for the Patient Portal the next time you visit or call one of the Zufall offices.
