Dr. Salese is by far the best doctor I've ever had. I was a patient of his since moving to NJ in 2005, he became my physician in 2006-07. he's very knowledgeable, kind and very patient with everyone. unfortunately when covid19 hit in 2020 access to the primary care office became increasingly difficult and Salese was only doing telemedicine. I couldn't get through to anyone in the office in person, everything was by phone and virtual. I was forced to find a different doctor who could take patients in person. No one at primary care will say what happened to Dr. Salese and I must admit I miss him. 17 years gone because of no communication from the office.

Ive been trying to make my father an appointment for over 3 weeks and left several messages. I only received a call back once , when I called this number a few minutes later it said their office was closed. This was at 1:52pm the office hours are until 4pm. My father needs a refill and the follow up with this office is horrible, you would think during a pandemic a Doctors office would try to communicate better with their patients but no. I left ANOTHER message in respect to my dads appointment today as his prescription is out TODAY.
