I am getting my EdS in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University, so taking the SLLA is a requirement. I found Mr. Gordon on Facebook and signed up for the coaching academy, and I'm so glad I did! Mr. Gordon did an excellent job building my confidence by breaking apart each test section. I also took the practice test, and Mr. Gordon reviewed the answers with me. The time spent studying and preparing for the exam was necessary. We used our time together effectively, so I didn't have to spend much time studying beyond our sessions. By the end of the academy, I felt prepared overall. Now that I passed the exam, I plan on finishing my degree and staying in contact with Mr. Gordon. If you need to prepare, please do it! You will only have to take the exam once because you will pass the first time after attending the academy!

Mr. Gordon was recommended to me from a member of my Toastmasters group who spoke highly of his coaching services. As an aspiring future leader, I needed to practice my interviewing skills. I booked an hour session with him for a mock interview. He requested my resume and asked me about my goals in preparation for this session. This demonstrated his aim to align with your goals prior to your session so you can get the most out of your time with him. Mr. Gordon was fully prepared to conduct a mock interview for my profession in the pharmaceutical industry. He was so prepared to give me the real experience, I thought I was interviewing with a VP of Marketing or Sales in my industry. Mr. Gordon is going to prepare by asking the right questions that align to the role you are pursuing based on your industry. While conducting the interview, the session is recorded (with your permission) so you can reflect on what you said and how you looked. Mr. Gordon challenges you to think about how navigating challenges during an interview which is essential when it comes to difficult questions. At the end of the interview, Mr. Gordon provided excellent feedback with demonstrations on how to better navigate certain questions and tips on how to be succinct in answering questions. If you are ready to be a leader in your respective fields and you are looking for top notch, high quality coaching, I highly recommend Mr. Gordon to be a part of your leadership journey!
