My mothers second time going there and it was VERY UNPLEASANT. Due to the fact that the establishment didnt take Discover, (I believe) the owner was very rude to her when she attempted to pay for her items. She went back to pick up them up a few weeks later and her $1,800 dress was missing from what she received back. When she asked about the dress the owner and his wife proceeded to argue with her. The dress was never found and she went back THREE times and left empty handed, no dress, not even an apology. All in all disgusting service.

Dry Cleaning - They STATE they clean "Leather & Suede" Coats on the Internet. Run away as fast as you can -They don't Clean Leather or Suede! I've been a resident in this town since 1999 so I'm not new to the area so I said let me try this LOCAL place out instead of shipping my coats to NYC for cleaning. I took an Olive Green "Schott" Leather and Ivory Suede Jacket in to be cleaned. Right away the owner J said he could not clean the leather jacket "Warning". Both jackets have clear care labels that state requires professional care. He said he could clean the Suede, however I would have to take the other jacket elsewhere. Instead of the owner just simply stating I don't know how to care for these jackets here is what he did! When I returned 2 weeks later he had put my Suede jacket in plastic looking just as it did when I brought it in! When I immediately noticed how dirty my jacket was, he told me he did the best he could do. He did absolutely nothing see the photos below that clearly show what kind of service they provide and the kind of work that they do! ! I told him I'm not paying $40.00 for nothing. I even tried to be a gentlemen about it since I'm not a petty guy and offered him $20.00. I told him he simply should not say you clean Leather or Suede when you don't. He then had the nerve to say he would call the Police if I didn't pay him $40.00. I said go ahead I will be right here waiting. DON'T LET HIM DO THIS TO YOU OR ANY MORE OF OUR NEIGHBORS. IT'S A SCAM. HE WILL TELL YOU HE CAN CLEAN YOUR GARMENTS THEN JUST BAG THEM UP DIRTY AND TRY TO OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT WHEN YOU COME TO PICK THEM UP. HE KNEW ALL ALONG HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN THESE COATS. BE CAREFUL AND PLEASE PLEASE WARN ALL OTHERS THESES ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. I HAVE FOUND OUT NOW THAT THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CLEANERS IN OUR AREA THAT DO LEATHER & SUEDE CLEANING. THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR LEATHER AND SUEDE YOU WILL SEE THEY HAVE THE UGGS SIGN IN THE WINDOW. THESE PEOPLE AT C C ARE DISHONEST CROOKS. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE OR THAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED CLEAN. This is their ideal of clean! See the photos of my dirty jacket below. Theyve been in the business so long, if Im being honest they really know what they are doing. Cleaning is great and theyre really know for their alteration services too. Fair, solid pricing
