The Kids Palace II - Day Care & Preschool

Very EXTREMELY unprofessional daycare. I sent my epileptic daughter to this daycare with specific health requirements and they went against literally all of them. From forgetting to give my daughters medication to her other parent as asked to bringing her to pools unsupervised as asked not to and specified on written documentation. The last straw was them sending my baby home with people outside of family. I made it very clear who I didnt want to get my child for safety purposes and they In Return sent her home with that random person without even knowing the persons name or anything about that person. I communicated my concerns and in return was told that only her father and I were allowed to get her as though this wasnt already established. Going forward they sent my daughter home again outside of the agreement which to me is very hazardous to not know who is getting my child. Anything can happen to my 4 year old daughter. Joy who is the owner is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and I will be reporting this daycare to the proper authority. I could have had a lawsuit if something happened to my baby. There is no communication amongst the teachers and they are extremely unorganized and they think its appropriate to consult you about private matters around other parents. I think its important to know that these will be concerns and other parents have complained to me as well.

Cant say enough good things about Kids palace. Ms. Joy and her staff are beyond amazing. They love your kids as their own. My son learned sooo much and the academic growth was obvious comparing pre/post kids palace. I wish all daycare centers were like this, loving, truly caring, nurturing & family oriented. Xiomara, Daniela, Rosa, Isauris & Sujay are the absolute best. We were so blessed to find this daycare. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
