UPDATE; They have worked out the kinks and are generally on top of things! The workers are fantastic. This is... not a great Starbucks. I was so excited for it to open, but half the time the hours change without notice. They are routinely out of basic items. The workers are kind, but management needs to step up.

I went today as soon as they opened early at 6 AM. There were about two cars in front of me on the drive-through the screen to place an order outside was pitch black so I thought it was off. I waited for a few minutes no one said anything so I drove up behind the other cars when I got to the window , the grumpy old miserable man told me I had to announce myself At the pitch black screen to place an order, And that now I have to go back around and wait behind the five cars that now piled up behind me. I said I didnt know I had to announce myself. Can I please just get a plain iced coffee its a quick drink. I already waited online now. He refused and kept telling me to go to the back of the line again. Thats the worst customer service You could possibly provide from Starbucks that Ive ever heard of. This Starbucks already sucked and Im not going back again now for sure. I Come to this Starbucks everyday and The only reason I come is because its the closest to me because most of the time the drinks are quarter of the way empty.
