Charming people! Thomas came out on a freezing night during the recent widespread blackout to fix a leaky water pipe. Even though they were already quite busy, they squeezed my wife and me between appointments. As an employer, West New York Plumbing & Heating look out for its workers and their families. My old plumber has retired, and I've replaced him!!

"When we needed help, we got it quickly and expertly, and we couldn't have been happier. After a pipe burst outside, we were left without running water. The next day, on icy roads, they arrived to fix the pipe so we could have water again. Thomas, the technician who came to my house, was prompt, polite, and well-informed. Thomas acted in a way that reflected well on the company he represented. He was patient as I asked questions and provided details that helped us settle on a course of action. Currently, I'm waiting on a replacement kitchen sink fixture to arrive. Preston came back after it had arrived and put it in. In short, he succeeded admirably.
