Can never complain about the food, its great. But this is an establishment where you eat, drink and enjoy the food you have paid for. I cant come to comprehend how you close a bathroom because you dont desire to clean it again, after you cleaned it. I want to question management, whose name I dont know what is, but denied me the entrance to the bathroom. The New Jersey code: Code 8:24-6.6 - Toilet facilities. Clearly states that you are to provide the use of bathrooms. I suggest management to look over this code.

Do not order from this mcdonalds, they lost my order from the online app and refused to make it immediately after i had been waiting for over half an hour. After they finally remade it they messed up my order and i had to get it fixed with took an additional 10 minutes. I was on a time limit and i was late because of mcdonalds. I paid 20 dollars for my food and it wasnt even good the food was not warm and it tasted flavorless. I know that I shouldnt except much when ordering but this is just outrageous. This is the first and last time I am ordering from this mcdonalds.

I lost my appetite!!!! Had an horrible experience here since they upgraded the place. I normally like going to the tablets they have available but my grandmother who doesnt know how to use it wanted to go to the register the lady was nice at first. But had a problem at then end without even charging my grandmother for the balance she wants to give an attitude cause my sibling with special needs asked for cherry smoothie, not a cherry slushy isnt of saying we dont have cherry smoothie but strawberry the lady who service us had a very nasty tone we even apologized for the mixup but still want to make it complicated even when she hasnt charged us yet. Someone else had to come in cause the girl was very unpleasant that we asked for the smoothie we didnt say slushy isnt of letting us know what kind of smoothie they have she wants to still force us to buy the slushy even when we explain and apologize in the process we still havent even paid yet.
