Love this family owned business its right in my neighborhood, I come to get my dresses tailored and theyre always so professional and kind. They have amazing customer service, I will keep coming here when I am in need of their services. Definitely recommend!

I asked for delivery of dry cleaning by end of a specific day and prepaid. They did not deliver on time as they had agreed to. Ill never use them again as I needed to pack the clothes for a trip.

I was harassed and almost attacked by the 2 big dogs they have inside the cleaner. First time I go there because the cleaner I go to was closed due to vacation. This cleaner is super expensive I usually pay 32-42 dollars for 10 gowns and on this cleaner they charged me $85 for 5 gowns but didnt have no choice. When I went to pick up the gowns/ doctor coats the two dogs ran under the small fence they have that was not even properly locked. They jump on me barking and pulling my jacket. The lady on the cleaner was also under the impression saying that they never behave like that. I was super scare almost had a panic attack. I advised the lady dont remember her name right now I believe is Maria that they need to be super cautious because if someone walk in with kids would have been another story. Service: Ironing

I just have to start by saying this dry cleaners is SUPERB!!!!! Carmen & her daughter could not be more sweet, friendly, professional, & oh so accommodating!!! I've been bringing my dry cleaning now for a while, and I could not be more happy with them. Not only my cleaning, but I also have given them some alterations for myself & my business. I have a store on Ebay, so everything has to be accumulate, whether it's cleaning or even pulled threads. I will only sell mint items and explained that to Carmen & they were perfection when I picked them up! I felt extremely confident selling them to my buyers, as I only list mint condition new with tags pieces. Even a pulled thread can make all the difference in a successful sale. Carmen made it look like it came directly from original vendor & I was not disingenuous when saying new with tags MINT. Because Carmen did make it MINT!!! She will also work with you regarding when to drop off & pick up etc. I absolutely love her and her daughter, who retains the same kindness, professionalism, & strong work ethic as her mother. You could without a doubt never fail bringing your most beloved pieces of clothing here! Love them! Service: Alterations
