    I want to express my gratitude towards Rev and his team at the WNY Enterprise Car rental location. I was running a bit late and I had the last SUV reserved waiting for me. After I left the site with the SUV, I discovered the SUV had with no output from the radio. I was going upstate and needed the radio to work for the long drive. I was close by so I returned to let them know that the radio did not work. Rev managed to find me another SUV and rushed to get the SUV ready so that I could get going. Definitely great customer service and I am a very happy customer and would recommend renting from this site.

    Take your business else where, since Jessica cant do her job and will only give you attitude. This place really need to train employees properly. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They will scam you of your money and then say its your fault.

    MAKE SURE TO READ THE DOCUMENTS THEY GIVE YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! Recently, my friend was unexpectedly charged at least 900 dollars for "protection" she didn't know was extended. She was in an accident and was told by GEICO that her insurnace would cover a car and to pick it up at this location. Btw, this rental was also given with a maintenance required light. Anyways, she decided to pay for ONLY protection for 4 DAYS. Geico only quoted her 4 DAYS for rental use. She paid to make sure she wasn't liable for anything. Whoever attended her also said that she would only be charged for protection since it's her choice, and her deposit of 300 would be returned. Long story short, GEICO extended her rental, but both ENTERPRISE AND GEICO never contacted her for when she had to return the car. She only got notified when she called in to ask!!! Im sorry, but its the responsibility of the employees to call back for their own rentals. The customer shouldn't be guessing what day it should be returned. Anyways, she gets a receipt and finds out she's been charged 900 dollars for the entire month. She's been using the car. Apparently, the protection she was only supposed to have for 4 DAYS GOT EXTENDED FOR A MONTH! It's her fault apparently because "she shouldn't expect her car to be ready in 4 days." It's very heartless giving that response to your own customers covered by insurnace or not. And it seems to be a pattern with some reviews I've read here. Instead of scrolling on tiktok, this buisness should be more clear to these customers how renting a car works or if any case what extra charges they may expect. On top of that, THEY KEEP YOUR CARD ON FILE WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU! Its unfair how they take advantage of first-time renters. I will never recommend this business to anyone. I would rather take the bus

    I have never rented a vehicle so this was my first time due to an accident which was covered by my insurance allegedly. First of all I unknowingly went over my limit and no one called about it. Allegedly they reached out to me before but Id have a voicemail if I was called earlier. There is so much miscommunication on both ends of my insurance and also from this enterprise location. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude I forgot her name cuz its so irrelevant now Jasmine or Jessica same thing honestly I forgot. I believe its the girl with the blonde hair there who was falling asleep at the desk when j went to drop off the car. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I picked up a car about a month ago and I dropped it off exactly a month later. The only reason I even knew to drop it off that day was because I called my insurance. No where on the receipt I received in the email does it say that if I added protection to the vehicle would it extend until the repairs on my car were repaired. I have a almost $1k charge on my credit card now which I didnt even know about until a couple days ago. I called about it and I asked this woman why no one called to even ask and she simply stated that its on the contract. Giving me attitude because I said I only wanted protection on the rental for 4 days she states you really thought you were only gonna have the car for 4 days? Absolutely ridiculous how no one here can properly do their jobs and then act shocked when you call and ask why you were not informed or asked about it. The attitude was really unnecessary as why would I pay for protection on a car for 1 month. If I did it was because I was nervous about driving due to the car accident and needed time to adjust. I knew Id have the car for longer but no one told me I would pay for protection on the car for the 1 month. Now I have to dispute this charge with the bank as it seems this woman cant do her job without giving any attitude and no one seems to communicate properly. Im pretty sure this is the same woman who was there when I returned the car and shes doing such a crappy job. Did not properly inspect the car she just went around and looked at it and thats it. I brought the car back with a full tank of gas and not even a scratch on it. I was planning on renting out a vehicle for the summer but never again from this company especially from this horrendous location with the most unprofessional customer service ever. Please make sure that all your questions are answered as they will not tell you anything important you must know. Also read whatever you sign very carefully even tho on my receipt it never states that Id have to pay protection for the entirety of the contract, just be careful because they will scam you. This lady should be fired as she said to me do whatever you want, this whole establishment needs better training.
