(Original) El pasado 15 de junio fue por primera vez a ese lugar mi esposo y compr agua de 3 galones, pagando $12.00 Debido a que necesitbamos este tamao para llevar fcilmente a un viaje, cuando regresamos fuimos a retornar el galn vaco y que nos devolvieran el depsito. El empleado dijo que l no poda devolver dicho depsito, que furamos cuando estuviera el dueo. La siguiente vez, para asegurarnos de no perder el viaje llamamos antes y le preguntamos al empleado si estaba el dueo del negocio para que nos devolviera el depsito y nos manifest que si estaba y que podamos ir. No vivimos cerca, pero enseguida fuimos hacia all y cuando mi esposo lleg, uno de los dos empleados volvi a decirle que ellos no podan devolver nada y que el dueo no estaba. Esta gente desconoce que existe algo llamado Servicio al Cliente.Nos hicieron perder el tiempo, la gasolina del desplazamiento y eso es un total irrespeto, una burla!!! Adems, no sabemos si ellos tienen como poltica que los galones una vez no los necesit usar ms el cliente no los reciben y que tampoco devuelven el depsito. Si no informan esto a los clientes que van por primera vez, entonces hay engao y mala intencin. NO recomiendo ese lugar!!!!
