I cant recommend Billy enough!! It took us 5 months to close on our house and on the day of closing the boiler wouldnt turn on - we thought we werent going to be able to close that day as a result, but Bill was so understanding and kind and came over before the end of the day so we could close on our new house!! He fixed our boiler and was SO helpful - he got our boiler working, showed us what would need to be replaced or looked at, and answered all our questions. True professionalism and amazing customer service, we are over the moon grateful for him. I told him he is our new HVAC guy! Our house has been nice and toasty ever since!!! We have known Bill for over 13 years! My husband and I met him and all his friends from Jersey at CMA fest. He eventually moved to Louisville for a while and he became like family. Recently, Bill rented a Uhaul trailer and drive his work van 12+ hours to Kentucky and installed brand new furnace and AC unit. Before he came he took measurements over the phone for all the sheet metal. When he got here he removed all the old equipment. He spent the next 2 days working. His attention to detail is second to none. He cleaned up the areas before, during, and after the installation. We used to get poor air flow in our master bedroom and sons room because both areas are over the garage. Now that is not an issue. He also cleaned and organized our garage and then pressure washed our driveway. We were very impressed with Bills knowledge and work ethic. Thanks to Bill, we now have brand new furnace and AC unit. After trying to deal with many HVAC contractors I found bill from AFAB. He is honest, hardworking, professional, and punctual. I had AFAB convert my house to forced hot air and couldnt be happier with the way everything came out. Worth every dollar! Definitely recommend.
