We recently had our hardwood floors refinished by 3M and I could not be any happier with the end result. Marcelo was knowledgeable, professional and so helpful throughout the entire process. He had great advice and insight (and patience!) while helping me choose the perfect color. Highly recommend! Our floors look brand new and we have gotten so many compliments on them. Mauricio was very nice and pleasant to work with. Whenever I called him he answered and was able to help me through their process. We love the finished work and refinished floors ,stairs and the new spindles look great! The men that arrived were nice and respectful but had to call Mauricio for instructions in a different language ,guessing Portuguese or Spanish. We were able to see three different color stains on the floor before they continued that first morning. That was the hardest part for us, picking the right color. FYI we wanted a dark color stain at first but went with lighter brown (special walnut)and makes the room look a bit bigger and hides a bit of dirt. The dark dark stains show a lot of dirt.
