Ultra. I was very impressed with the service I
received. Dave, the technician who assisted
me, was professional, courteous, and
efficient. He completed the repair in under
an hour, and the screen looks absolutely
brand new, almost as if I just took it out of the box again. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend this location for any future repairs.
It is important to note that the current policy
requires customers to provide their passcode or remove any data encryption for the device to be diagnosed after repair is complete. While I understand and appreciate the need for thorough diagnostics, I would suggest exploring alternative methods that prioritize customer privacy, such as allowing Samsung users to place their devices in maintenance mode, especially for repairs that solely involve external components like the screen. This would be a welcome improvement for customers who handle sensitive information on their devices and is the only reason as to why I left 4 stars instead of 5.
