Carnivore Bear
They show up to an active job site and without warning air bleed the lawn system. Sprayed our tools and material with water. It's already cd and windy...didn't need this. Could have moved things around to avoid this. But they have a 2 star rating for a reason.

I had Dew Drop open and close my sprinklers 3 years in a row. One zone stopped working and asked them to fix it. They came over and said I needed 2 new solenoids (even though only 1 zone was out) and proceeded to leave without letting me know if the problem was fixed. I turned the zone on and it was still not functioning properly. I proceeded to call again asking them to fix the problem that is a problem and their response was you will need to pay the invoice before someone can come out again. After back and forth going nowhere I was threatened to be taken to small claims court, which judging from the previous reviews I wouldnt put it past them. So I guess I will be paying for something that didnt work. Such a shame. I would not recommend this company, poor management and customer service which are the staples of running a reputable business. Will be thoroughly reading reviews of my next sprinkler company because had I read these reviews I would not have chosen Dew Drop. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I had a completely different experience with this company. Maybe new management? I dont write reviews but in this case their practice was so shady I will never do business with them again. I was given an estimate, btw, with their estimates you will be billed at the high end, for $600 - $700 to go over my system and replace faulty heads as needed. They get to the last zone, only 3 heads on it, and cant figure out why theres no flow. Worker was in a rush to get home and said they need to come back. Company sent another estimate for $500 - $700 to come back!!! Fired. Dont do what I did and select them because were basically neighbors and I wanted to keep the money local. Do your homework.
