Evelyn was outstanding. She took the time to hear all my expectations and review to me my notes from the beginning to the end, and since I started with her, my credit score has gone up so high I recommended other people to her and I can see their improvement and I will be working with them years to come. Im actually been with them maybe more than three years now. And Im very satisfied overall, her performance is a 10 out of 10.

(Condensed version) I was referred to this company by a friend. During my initial consultation, I told them my short term financial goals, and what I needed. My credit was ran and I was told this is no big deal, Ill get this cleared up in probably 45 days. (Lie/ misinformation 1) 45 days go by, and my credit hadnt stopped going down. I continued to wait until it had been at least 4 or 5 months. I decided to call in, as I continued making my payments, but no progress had been made. The woman I spoke to, told me it takes much longer than 45 days, in most cases, it takes 6-9 months. I told her what I had been told, and she was apologetic, and offered to lower my monthly plan for me to stay, and they wouldnt charge me for the upcoming monthly fee. (Lie/misinformation 2) Great! However, that week they tried charging my locked credit card. I decided to leave my card locked, and purse other options. Weeks go by, and the same woman calls me, trying to backtrack on what she said. Ive since raised my credit, on my own by liquidating a large asset to pay down by debt. This act alone, raised my credit almost 100 points, almost overnight. My short term financial goal was met. Ive looked at the reviews for this company, and it seems most people have a great experience. I did not. Luck of the draw? Or deliberate misinformation to make a sale? I dont know! I wasted a lot of money is my feeling.
