So i needed to print a doctor's note for my daughter. The machine wouldn't allow me to turn the font so I asked someone behind the counter to print the document for me because I knew that could be done. Someone did it for me at another Staples location,no charge. The girl wanted to charge me just to turn the font around. Absolutely not. I went to the Deptford center Rd location. Explained the problem. And they did it for me. No charge. No hassle. I'll take my business there from now on thank you

I ended up paying $1.00 for a .40 print job because I chose to pay cash. The printers won't come on unless to scan a card that has $5.00 on it. I told the rep that I wanted to pay cash for the 2 page print job I needed. She told me I had to give her a dollar which she handed me a staples card. I figured I might as well use up the dollar and get 5 copies however it costs $1.01 and the printer says I don't have enough money to print. When I complained, the representative states I get to keep the card. I wasn't looking for a souvenir. Disappointed.

Love this Staples! My photo orders are always ready the next day and look great. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. :)

Surrounded by 3 employees who did not acknowledge me at the counter for a solid 3 mins. If youre busy, just a simple well be right with you. Customer service 101. Secondly, restrooms were closed due to pandemic is a lazy excuse to not need to clean bathrooms from patron use. Lastly, what brought me in was a cracked screen on an iPad and and iPhone. The Rep said they dont do screen repair anymore due to the pandemic? Even though the website says they do. Is this because the Rep didnt feel like completing the request? I dont know but it seems that way.
