        I used to come to Berlin location all the time. Now they have a bad habit of leaving new staff who are unaware of how to even make a smoothie bowl alone in the store making it an inconvenience for customers and causing stress on the associate. This poor girl was on the phone with another worker who was guiding her on how to make a smoothie bowl and what goes in it. This isn't right for that associate or the customers. Is it wasn't for this, I would give 5 stars

        I love this place. BUT customer service needs work. Who ever the girl was there this morning. She was stressed out calling people for idk what? Blaming who ever left. In stead of telling her clients whats going on and shes doing her best to work on it. She just stood on her phone no eye contact. 4 people waiting in sure they were just as annoyed as I was. I wasnt going to sot there and yell or give her attitude. I just walked out.

        WowWhere should I begin? Lets start with the divorce. Who woulda thought that a smoothie would be a sweet taste in my mouth after the stinging words that Ill never forget: Carleigh, I want a divorce. It was after that, I packed my bags, hopes, dreams and resentment, and left my husband, Rich, of 30 years, and headed North from West Virginia. Blinded by rage, I didnt stop until I saw Smoothie King on Route 73. Finally, after three hours of driving, I stumbled upon your Vegan Nutty Super Grain. My husband never allowed sugar, so I thought it was time to do something just for me. It tantilated my tastebuds and soothed my screaming throat. And just like Stella, I got my groove back! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Smoothie King for giving me a sweet start to my new life. Who needs Rich?

        My first time coming into Smoothie King, and it was amazing. Anthony was so patient with me, and recommended one of his favorites drink. Very clean atmosphere, and gets things done quick! Would love to come again! Would recommend and i hope to see him again.
