Mr hvac is THE place to call if youre having heating or air problems at your home or business.our air conditioner wasnt kicking on and I called at 4:30pm on Friday evening and they were here by 6pm same day. The tech Justin was polite and professional. He ran through his diagnostic process and was able to quickly determine the issue and repair it. Woke up this morning to 57 on my thermostat and nothing but cold air being blown out by our furnace. I was referred to Mr. HVAC and was shocked to find myself talking to the OWNER on a Sunday within 10 minutes of reaching out for help. 30 minutes later the on-call tech Kevin was here helping me out. He got us back on line, and did a deeper dive into why the issue happened and what we can do to keep it from happening again. He explained everything he was doing and how our furnace works. There was zero pressure and no sales pitches when offering me options moving forward. The price of a service call on a Sunday was EXTREMELY reasonable, and I couldnt be happier moving forward with Mike of Mr. HVAC and his tech Kevin. Thanks again guys!
