They came to my rental property and completed half the job that they were contracted for and told me it was finished . I submitted payment on faith I called 2 days later lasking when they would be back to finish the job and he acted like he didn't know what was going on. One of his workers let him know they had not finished the job this was October 31st December the job was still not completed. I hired someone else and the company refuses to give me back my money. Please please do not use this company we are in the process of taking them to court. We had a bad fire at our house we hired this company to do a total rebuild 300,000$ and two years later our house is still not complete the work that they did do is very poor quality I had to go out and purchase items myself that was on the list that they were supposed to pay for and still had to go out and purchase items myself . At this time I am still paying people to come out to fix the things that didn’t do. I had contacted this company due to an acquaintances referral. We had inquired about a full rehab on a foreclosure for our Conventional rehab loan. Due to it being that type of loan we required an estimate from a contractor to proceed. They had agreed to come out the day after I had Called which I thought was great. I drove up to the property and they never showed. I called and they said to me that it had completely slipped their minds and they thought it was the following day. Stuff happens so I said no problem and we met up the following day. An older gentleman came out named Bill and he was very nice. However I should have taken him missing our appointment as a sign of him being extremely unreliable. After they had come out we were in a time crunch to get numbers to the seller. He had advised us that we would have it in a couple days. When we didn’t receive anything I called and I received a personal excuse and was promised by the weekend. The weekend passed and nothing. I called again and again received another personal excuse. We were promised that we would have it the next week and again nothing. This was about a 2 and a half week wait and we had a very short deadline. By they time we were able to get someone else the seller backed out of the deal and we lost the property. These people waisted our time. And on top of that we NEVER received another call or any information. It was like this transaction never happened. If you want the run around and don’t want to close on your house these are definitely the people to hire.
