        Really like how thorough the Cronin team is and patient explaining the work that needs to be done. Used them for a leak investigation and tankless water heater maintenance and will use them again when needed. Very reliable.

        I used Cronin for a faulty valve under my sink. They were very knowledgeable and friendly in evaluating the problem. The work was done on time and with excellent workmanship. I will contact Cronin again if I need a plumber.

        Nick and his team at Cronin did a great job with the replacement of my hot water heater. It began leaking in the middle of the night, and I heard back from them before 8 am the next morning. The team was professional and friendly and took care of my space while they worked. Would recommend.

They have been extremely responsive to our calls and texts and able to quickly fix or refer us to a specialist, if needed, for the various issues we've had, from leaking toilets to installing water filters. They are a pleasure to work with and very courteous. Whenever we have issues with our plumbing, Cronin is always our first call! We highly recommend using Cronin Pluming!

      Hi Dave,Unfortunately, we were not able to take on your project, as the scope of services you requested are not among the services we offer. Although we did try twice to express this in our email exchanges, it seems like we did not hit the mark. In summary, we do not source replacement covers for existing sump pump pits, nor do we install check valves on sump pump pit inlet ports. Based on our knowledge of your situation, we suspect that you'll be best suited working with a contractor/team that has experience with similar projects, and perhaps your exterminator or general contractor could help to facilitate finding said team; if we had a recommendation for this work, we would be happy to provide it.As a small business operating in a difficult market, we've made conscious decisions regarding the scope of services we are able to offer; at this stage in our business development, it is impossible for us to take on every project that is offered to us and still maintain the high level of service that we strive for. In situations where the client's needs and our capacity do not match, we try to do our best to relay this information clearly, and again we apologize if we have failed to do this for your project.Best of luck getting your issue resolved.Thanks,Pat Cronin
