First time seeing this dr. Was seen quickly (did not have to wait long in the waiting room) And the doctor was kind and thorough. I did not feel rushed and was able to ask many questions. I was also able to get Immediately after my appointment, which was very helpful.

Never a long wait at this clinic. The team here is incredibly friendly. As someone who tends to faint during bloodwork, they are always so accommodating and friendly. I've come here for a variety of visits and always have a positive experience. A couple of reviews mention issues reaching this clinic via telephone - I believe they were implementing a new call/scheduling system previously. I haven't had any issues with contacting this office via phone call or through the patient portal within the last year. I previously needed a referral to another specialist, which I requested online, and they had the other office call me the same day. The nurses and support staff here are great, and Dr. Orellana is very patient despite running a very busy practice. This is the first primary care office that I've actually kept up with.
