Both of our boys attended Sowing Seed School. This was one of the best decisions we made for our little ones. Sowing Seed has a structured program but also realizes that each baby and child comes with their own uniqueness and they encourage that. A few things that we loved about Sowing Seed are listed below: From a developmental standpoint, the school paid close attention to the age and individual progress of each child and was communicative with us daily at pick up and drop off about our childs day and growth. The activities range from art, alphabets, numbers, and free play, amongst many other things. They also encouraged group activities with the other kids in the class, to promote socialization. We would receive pictures of story time, dancing, and free play where the kids were all interacting. What we loved most about Sowing Seed was the love they showed our kids. Our kids were beyond excited everyday going to Sowing Seed, you could tell they were loved by their teachers and all of the staff at the school greeted our boys with kindness and by their names. That is one of the great benefits of Sowing Seed, it is big enough to operate as a top quality institution but also small enough that everyone knows everyone and becomes family! Another great feature we loved about Sowing Seed was the activities. From the famous Zoo day, to basketball, soccer, ice cream and holiday festivities, these are things our toddlers loved! Lastly, while separate from the school itself, the food catering program, Daily Delicious that Sowing Seed had partnered with was phenomenal - they provided amazing food and it was always diverse. Our boys and us will miss the Sowing Seed family. Thank you Ms. Duran, teachers and the entire staff!

Our two kids went to SSS and this is their very first school. We are so glad that we made this choice over other options we had. The management and the teachers are true educators that care. They love our kids and really take great care of them. I trust this school fully and never need to worry about anything. The class communication is great-lots of pictures, details of their day, monthly learning calendars, fun events and holiday decorations. Our kids made so many great friends here in this loving and caring environment, they learned a lot over the years. We are sad to leave as our older daughter graduated. I hope the school expand to higher grades so we could stay longer :)

Read before enrolling your child. Had a negative experience because the director increased the tuition cost by $500/month (27%) and was non negotiable. The justification for the increase sent in an email by the school was that they maintain a clean meticulous state-of-the-art facility with convenience and accessibility to New York City and due to operational costs. We were unable to keep our child in the school and were able to find other early childhood care schools close by that are just as good if not better at a cheaper tuition. The director really mismanaged the tuition costs in my case so hopefully it doesnt happen to you if you decide to enroll there. I had heard from other parents that they were searching for other schools also due to the high increase in tuition. If you check their Facebook page you will see they are now accepting new applications probably because of the tuition increase. I know every parent was impacted by this. 27% increase really?!?! Its really criminal in my mind! The director can spin the justification however they want for the increase but please have a better business plan going forward with tuition costs.
