Estuary Apartments

We used to love this place. But everything gradually gotten worse over time. One month they charging me fees for not sending them my renter insurance and once I showed them I add insurance they refused to remove the fees, the other month another fee for not filling up a pet survey they sent out. Lessons learned is large behemoth property managements sucks. ( now they are suing me for refusing to fee those stupid fees )

Great community that offers everything I need. Great facilities, easy commute to NYC, close proximity to the NJ light rail makes Estuary a great choice

Parking for guests are an issue but otherwise great place to live.

This is our 2nd year at Estuary and We love it! We really appreciate the whole team! The service is exceptional. The spaces are always clean; they are always super-fast responding at any type of request. We love the amenities and especially the people working there. Estuary has a great team: Sasha , Matty and Tricia are always super helpful and have great energy. They genuinely care about the residents. They consistently organize fantastic inclusive events in the building. A special mention to Alana Fox, the Lifestyle Manager. Thanks to her dedication, we get to enjoy wonderful wellness and social events for the whole family. Alana is reliable and always goes above and beyond to insure our satisfaction! We specially love the complimentary Pilates class every week!

The Estuary has been a lovely place to live. It's super clean (Thanks Cynthia) and safe. The door staff is amazing and responsive! Wanted to callout Sasha, Matty, and Trish for being total MVPs!!! We've been living here for about 3 years and over that time, Sasha especially has always gone above and beyond for us! She's a true asset to the building! Overall it's a great place to live! We love living with a dog park with our little Italian greyhound! Its extremely dog friendly here and our neighbors are all so nice! The building is also LGBTQ+ friendly which was also so important as a lesbian couple! The apartment itself is so quiet and we never hear our neighbors through the walls, which was very important to us as night owls! There are always fun get togethers going on thanks to Alanna's efforts to make sure we are all connecting and having fun! We highly suggest the Estuary for anyone looking for a safe, luxury building, filled with amenities and cool young professionals!
