Do not trust the all these fake comments just about the leasing office. The realty is attached in the photos leaking ceiling and leaking ventilation system. They did not resolve it for 6 weeks. Their answer for leaking ventilation was that hmm it is to normal it can be anywhere blah blah. AC system is extremely noisy be aware if you complain to the manager their answer would be buy ear buds. You can understand their real approach to the tenants from their answers. The building has broken fire alarm system and many times during the middle of the night we got alarmed and almost for a year it could not be fixed. They delete any negative comments about the building, service and units. There is impossible to reach anyone to solve and address your problems. You cannot follow up your comments/ requests on the veris residential portal. Their system is the master of manipulating everything including your internal comments/requests. The worst management company we have ever seen. Be ready to see every night different people at the concierge desk. Our mails got lost many times and no one took any responsibility.

Very recently moved into this building - it's beautiful! Amazing location/next to the ferry(especially commuting into New York). Amenities are also great. The move in experience has been wonderful and super easy thanks to the front desk and leasing team, specifically Alisha! Alisha answered all my questions in detail, was prompt in responding, and truly went above and beyond. I am thrilled to be part of this community!

Maintenance team is great, Chris handled a repair we requested the next day and then made another repair we just submitted while he was over. Thanks team.
