HORRENDOUS customer service!!!!! After coming here for a year or two to LILLY for my gel manicure I walked in at my usual time and was told by her that someone had called me and my appointment was rescheduled. No one ever called me. No missed call and No voicemail. Mind you, I book my appointments weeks in advance if I was being double booked I feel that I should take seniority. So, I continued to express to her that I really needed to have them done. I had 4 broken nails and a holiday event ) if somehow she could squeeze me in but then I was screamed at and told there was nothing she could do for me that day and to come back the next day same time. I asked if there was a discount to this. Never have I showed up to be quickly rejected after knowing I was the first name on the book when I made the appointment . To make things worse I came back the next day and she tells me she cant take me again. As she was just sitting there with no client. After years of being LOYAL to her you would think she would have squeezed me in especially since I had just moved my plans around to come back a SECOND time. Just to be screamed at again . Horrendous customer service LILLY!

I love getting my nails done here. Michelle and lily are great. The designs I get are always what I want and they look fantastic

Will not be coming back to this location - Pompton Plains spot is much better. Everybody was extremely nasty and cold when I walked in. The girl who did my pedicure was no more than 16 years old and had no idea what she was doing. My leg massage was literally 30 seconds long each side and the hot towel was not hot and was put on me for a total of 5 seconds. My pedicure was 25 min total. Awful

They do dip manicures! And accept credit cards! Even better, we can add the tip on the card. Rosa did a great job. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time. We walked in so there was a bit of a wait but they were super accomodating.

So far so good! Ive had a fill and a pedi. My girls had a fill and a gel mani. So far were happy
