I had my annual physical with Helder. What is usually a routine visit, was much more than that. Helder takes the time to understand who you are not just as a patient, but as a person. He embraces your lifestyle, personality and energy to make you feel comfortable in any conversation. He is tranquil, yet, vibrant at the same time, and makes the experience joyous! Helder takes the time asking questions and understanding what it takes to maintain ample health. There was no rush, only focus on identifying how he could help me better my health. The entire High Mountain Health team has an ethos that keeps their patients health at the forefront. This experience was different from any routine visit, and I am excited for my next appointment with such an amazing team! Thank you for all that you do everyday!

Ive been seeing Dr. Shraytman for quite some time! He is a wonderful, caring, compassionate, and most importantly of all, extremely thorough physician. Once treated, he always follows up a few days later to check to see how you are doing. He truly cares about his patients.

I strongly recommend Dr Arkadry Shraytman in High Mountain Health Group. I never seen any Dr. in my whole life like him very compassionate, professional, and dedicated doctor. My family's favorite Dr. Thanks Dr Shraytman for all you do. God bless you.
