Misrepresented policy. We took an intro class for my son and were presented two options: commit to 6 months for a cheaper per month rate or pay month to month. We chose month to month. After his first paid class, we knew it definitely wouldnt work for him (after 15 min he was pointing to the car through the window asking to leave) and so within the week I asked to cancel and that we wouldnt be coming back. Turns out its not month to month, theres a 30 day cancellation policy so unless you canceled the day you started you are actually committing to two months. No flexibility at all even though no one explained this to me. Disappointing.

They have no patience for children who are very active. Don't waste your time with a membership here if your child is very active because they will be removed from the program.

Im writing this complaint/ review in hopes that someone from from the franchise headquarters will contact me to further discuss the actions against me and my daughters. One Saturday in December, after returning home from my 4yo daughters KidStrong class, I noticed she had one of their logos stamped on her lower back which was very strange and completely inappropriate (photo included). It is their custom to place a stamp on the back of the childrens hands at the conclusion of each class which I was familiar with. But never would I accept or condone them placing a stamp on any part of the body that is covered by clothing. As a father my thoughts began to race as to how this stamp could have gotten there. I brought my concern to the centers manager Joe, initially and then later spoke with another manager Gwen. My conversation with Joe was brief and he seemed just as perplexed as I was and could not deny or confirm whether or not his coaches inappropriately placed a KidStrong stamp on my 4 year old daughters lower back/ hip area. I simply told him that I wanted to cancel membership immediately for my own resolve and peace of mind. Thats when my experience turned for the worse! He continued to tell me that I could not cancel immediately, and had to give a 30 day notice. Which would mean I would have to pay for an additional month of membership that I would not use because I couldnt stomach to bring my daughter back to that center with the slightest suspicion that she had be taken advantage of, or disrespected, or violated in even the slightest way. I showed Joe the picture of their stamp on my daughters back and expressed that as a father I could never return or bring my children back there. He was unbothered and continued to tell me that I would still be charged for a final month. I hope that someone, such as the centers owner, or someone from the headquarters will contact me to make this right. I dont wish to speak to the centers manager as he lacks empathy and understanding.
