Brought my car here for brake work after getting a high quote from the dealership. Thought I was saving money, but the work that was done was sub par. The whole experience was terrible. Bad communication, impossible to get them on the phone, they never return calls. I finally got my car back and the brakes were making a rubbing sound and were never right. I called and they said they would call me back to arrange bringing it back innever got a return call. After giving them 1000 dollars I ended up going to the dealership. Work all had to be repaired by the dealership after because of scraping and rubbing sounds. I would never use this place again.

The entire staff at elite automotive is exemplary. The quality of work how clean it is is next level. The rates are super fair and at times they might be busy taking some time to get you an appointment but trust me its always worth the wait. Doug and Rich really stand out when it comes to diagnosing complex automotive issues that other dealerships have issues with. I have brought many vehicles here and have always left with quality work being done. Thank you
