Nastiness is a very apt description for who she is.

Never in my life have I dealt with anyone who is as condescending as her.
After a few interactions with her we quickly realized that what we heard about her is true: She's plain and simply mean.
She must have gone through a lot of trauma to think it's normal to treat people the way she did.

Judith is very rude and unfriendly
When she needs you she can be nice when she's done with you she will treat you sub-human
If you care about being treated like a human being stay far away!
