Open Road Acura of Wayne

Absolutely the worst customer service at this Acura Dealership. They act like they are doing you a favor by buying their car. Customer service from sales staff to finance staff leaves must be desired. Bought my MDX the same day from another Acura Dealership with far better service. By the way folks the statement by John below is their standard "canned" response. John you cannot make excuses for your lack of customer service or unskilled sales people. I bought my second car (Another Acura MDX), simply drove by your dealership to another Acura dealer down the road from you, so two car deals already lost and possibly third one shortly. Improve your customers service and people skills.

David S is a phenomenal sales representative here at Open Road Acura. He has always been my go to person here for all needs whether it is sales related or maintenance related. David sold me my first Acura many years ago and has kept a great relationship since He has always provided his 110% not only with myself, but also for the family and friends I recommend.
