        Well...I did not end up using this company, BUT unlike many other companies I reached out to, HE CALLED BACK! And he was very kind and gracious when I told him we found someone to fix the issue. He will be our FIRST call the next time we need any plumbing assistance, just from his demeanor on the phone.
