Fred Beans Ford of Washington

This is my review of my recent car shopping experience. I chose Fred Beans of Washington for several reasons. First of all they had the bronco I wanted and the correct color and for an awesome price the number one reason would be Timothy Wolff. This young man was excellent, his knowledge of the different vehicles top-notch, and if he didnt know or wasnt sure he had no problem asking for help or clarification, not one time did he let his ego get in the way. Timothy Wolff did not try to oversell or pressure me to purchase, (not one time that my Spidey sins started to tingle) for this young man to be starting out and just making his way in the world. He has a strong and sturdy foundation, and he is on the right path to greatness. Kudos to the ones who raised him and the village that surrounds him, Tim Wolff customer service skills are superb. He made the car shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage. Everything was great with Timothy and the staff at Fred Beans of Washington. I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs. We purchased a 2024 Bronco. Our sales consultant, Mario, was knowledgeable and helpful. Even sent us a video of the vehicle in advance of making the trip there. He answered all of our questions. Low pressure atmosphere. I deducted 2 stars for one reason. The "mandatory" dealer add on/up charge of $299 for silent security (vin etching). They say you cannot buy a car from them unless you pay for that add on. Doesn't matter if you want it or not, you will pay. Just keep that in mind if you buy there. They will tell you they must do the vin etching because they have no gates on their lot. I'm not sure how that's the buyers problem aor why we have to pay for it. IMHO vin etching should be offered as an option and not forced on buyers. I tried to have it waived but no one there was having it. We did still make the purchase so that's on me.

Matt and Keenan were terrific! They were very knowledgeable and helpful! We drove out from PA to their NJ store. It was a pleasure dealing with such honest salesmen! And I love the NO pressure sales! We will be returning for sure!
