SOLitude Lake Management

Solitude is a terrible company. They are poorly organized and unreliable. They reliably send you the bill, but dont reliably come and give you the service. Apparently they treat their employees so poorly that everybody keeps quitting. The only good thing I will say is that eventually I got my money back after multiple phone calls.

I paid a fee from January through July and they came to my pond twice. I never noticed a difference with the algae. I had such a hard time trying to cancel my contract, as they were in breach. I was told they were short staffed, but that didnt stop them from collecting the money each month.

UPDATE 7/11/23: Had Solitude for over a year and they were doing a great job, Seems all their people have quit this year. Haven't had any service at my pond in MONTHS. Tried calling, emailing, no responses. The summer months are when the algae is bad and now there's no response for a contract that I already paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND then anymore!!!! I wrote this review earlier in the year I have a medium size pond that I just could not get the algae under control. Solitude Lake Management made the pond. Hes site on the property that I like to hang out around again. I would highly recommend her services.

Over the last few weeks, our long-time lakes management vendor, Solitude Lake Management, has gone from slowly responding to our needs to becoming totally unresponsive. Phone calls to Solitude now go unanswered and are sent to voicemail, and many of our emails are being returned as undeliverable. We've reached out to other Solitude clients, and they report experiencing the same issues.

Todd does an excellent job keeping us informed as he proceeds to treat & monitor our lake! It's a pleasure working with him over the years.
