I had a wonderful experience! My hygienist Juliette was great. Very nice staff. They listen to you and explain everything you need done. Very knowledgeable. Dr. Bialiy gave me his opinion on work that I need done and helped me to make decisions. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience!

I had a crown put on, and a month afterward it was so sensitive I couldn't drink cold water or bite down on the tooth. The Dentist told me its just adjusting when I went back for a check up two months later. I then went for a follow up because the tooth was really bothering me when I ate(I still had to pay for this visit). They said I need to take antibiotics and then either get the tooth pulled or do a root canal(too much literature says root canals are bad for health). I took the antibiotics and afterward the tooth still bothered me with cold and biting down. I went to a holistic dental center and they found the section of the tooth that was still exposed without any enamel on it, and it wasn't covered by the crown for some reason by blowing cold air on the tooth to find this region that was exposed. They desensitized the exposed section of the tooth over three visits and now its fine except when I bite down it still bothers me. The holistic dentist told me she wont do a root canal but she says I either have to have the crown done all over again at $2200 dollars(I already paid $1400 at Castle Family) or get the tooth pulled, which she didnt want to do and get a fake tooth put in which will be $8000. The holistic dentist did a 3d scan of the tooth and showed me the image of were there was a gap between the tooth and the crown that castle family did. She said that bacteria will get down into the opening and cause further issues. This crown problem has really given me some stress and I'm paying so much extra then what I thought I would have had to get it fixed. I regret getting the crown done at Castle Family and wish I would have gone to the Holistic dental place to get it done.
