        This building is under new ownership and management in the last year and a half. They have invested in new common areas and renovated apartments with new kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, new floors and recessed lighting. Very nice. Leasing agent made everything perfect!

        0 stars. Management does not respond, the studio apt are advertised much bigger. They charge 1200$ for a shoebox. No closet space, the heat doesnt work during the winter and they dont care. Hallways smell awful, very rude landlords and management. Do not move here, save yourself the headache. The washer dryers dont work. They allow people to loiter on the property when complaints have been made. Ive been trying to get my heat to work for 2 months, still no heat.

      Mike was a maintenance tech on the property and was paid as agreed, after being terminated for poor performance he invoiced us for thousands of dollars, bogus invoices will understandably not be paid.
