        Worst attorney ever. 0 due diligence and unresponsive. Ended up getting screwed big time on a deal. Quoted me at $2-$4k upfront then snuck in a $10k fee at closing because he knew I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted to close.

      Commercial real estate transactions are charged on an hourly basis and the client had signed and acknowledged the retainer. The amount of communication through cell, text and emails reflected a $20,000 fee that was reduced to $10,000 in order to accommodate closing. Transaction was successful and I wish the former client the best of luck in all of his future endeavors.
