        Serv-pro got back with me the Sunday I learned about leak in my first floor ceiling. They have their crew by Tuesday, opened the ceiling and wall, got fan and antimicrobial going. They have one team that wasnt up to par but Charlie sent a different team that was excellent. Kara was very helpful. Thank you!

        ServPro of Northwest Bergen did a great job on cleaning up our basement after it had flooded. They were prompt, efficient, personable, and through the entire process, went out of their way to communicate clearly with us every step of the way. Equally important was their rate was far less than any other rate that was quoted. If you are ever in the unfortunate position to have to deal with water flooding, these are the guys to call!
