Tom, Garrett, Jessica and the whole crew at Thomas Flint Landscape were outstanding. We had them design and create a beautiful in-ground gunite pool and our expectations were exceeded. The pool is exactly what we wanted and fits our backyard perfectly. Their team is knowledgeable, creative, hard working and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Thomas Flint Landscape Design & Development was a total pleasure to work with. Under their umbrella we built a pool, pool house, bathroom, patio, stairs, retaining walls and fire pit area turning our yard into a wonderful sanctuary for both entertaining friends and family. It has become a destination for our children and their friends as well. We were looking for a combination of accountability and a turn key strategy in which all aspects of the project could be addressed through one organization and then post construction, a maintenance plan available for our pool. Arguments can be made to act as one's own GC and subcontract each aspect of the project to a low bidder or best bid. Having the Tom Flint team as our full service coordinators we felt very confident that each piece of this detailed project would work seamlessly. The ability to knit these architectural components together professionally and patiently making them blend in a coherent way made the most sense to us. Other critical matters to consider is that when we called Tom Flint...HE CALLED BACK generally within an hour or two. Any other Tom Flint team members were always responsive to our calls and questions. If we needed to work through a matter (gas line, drainage issue, type of landscaping, etc.) the team would get someone over to the house to sort through it all and we would come to a thoughtful and satisfying result. It was ultimately a collegial experience where we felt we were working with professionals with a great aesthetic and concern for us as the client. We have utilized Thomas Flint Landscaping for re-designing our entire outdoor property - front and back - with amazing results. We would not trust a pool or landscaping project to anyone other than Tom, Jess, and their teams.
