Car trailer with plates TZF 24K intentionally came into our lane while we still had a legal lane to pass, then proceeded to drive unsafe on 222NB. This driver should have his CDL yanked before he causes you a major lawsuit.

Pick up time was for 7am for my child to have a procedure done. The driver arrived @ 7:30 The driver told me that he didn't even start work for the day until 7am lol. When he got there the dispatcher told him that she should have had him come in earlier. On top of the that the supervisor who also dispatches was rude and telling him to just leave us since we didn't come down with a car seat. Of coarse we had one and brought it back down but for real you would think that a medical transport business would have a car seat on deck. It should be a law for real that all Cab drivers and medical transport have one.

Stephen's transportation was dropping/picking up a patient at our medical practice. This was an 85 year old elderly man. When I called the company to schedule a pick-up I was told a driver is in our area and would be there in 3 minutes. I told the man (who refused to give me his name) that our patient would be done in 5 minutes and asked could the driver wait just a minute or two. The man, before hanging up on me, was heard saying "this is ridiculous this guy isn't even ready!" as if waiting 2 minutes for an elderly man was THAT BIG OF A DEAL!!!? When I called back to complain a woman answered and gave the phone to the same man whose name I still did not know. I quote "Yes?! I was told to pick up the phone because someone wants to complain about me to ME?!" I could not get a single word in before this man told me to run my business how I pleased and he'll run his business how he pleased and once again hung up on me. This is how you treat your paying customers and fellow business owners?? UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE DISCOURTEOUS ARROGANT! I hope someone someday treats your elderly parent or grandparent better than I witnessed how you treated this man. You should be ashamed of yourself.
