AVOID!!! Doesnt know a thing about pearls. Tested my wifes strand in the back. Handed back with a broken string and said they were plastic. Hilarious as they are absolutely real per mikimoto. Guess he was hoping Id pay to have him restring what he broke. Nope.

Run by experts, and they clearly care about jewelry. I took a watch to be cleaned and battery replaced and they knocked it out the same day, and based on the complexity and beauty of my Bulova they worked on the service was priced very fair and Id say cheap too.

I was referred to Michael by a friend who had custom pieces created by him. Michael reviewed my pieces and gave his opinion on what would work. Everything came out great!

I have used Michael a number of times for repairs and twice now for custom pieces over the past several years and I am never disappointed in the quality. He is very open and honest and I have yet to need the same repair twice on a piece. Most recently, he made a custom ring for me for my anniversary. He was very patient with me and all my special requests and it came out beautifully, even better then I expected!
