        Bergeys Truck Center is one of the best places I have ever worked and I not only see their work I help do the work. You are treated like family if you need class 8 truck repair this is your place to get it done.

        By far the worst shop experience I have ever gotten. Took my truck in for a software code, a dpf cleaning and an an oil leak. They had the truck for a month before diagnosing the oil leak. Told me it would be an 80 hour job while other places said 36 for a timing chain cover. In the time they had it a battery died likely because they turned the apu off, there was at least the drain of built in fridge, and temperatures got as low as the low teens. Upon replacing the battery they managed to damage the battery terminal. I would never recommend anyone go to this location.

I've looked into this for you and given the details you shared the service manager believes the misscommunication was because we were communicating directly with the company and not you as the driver. We communicated issues and repairs with the company and certain repairs were declined.
