Everybody was super friendly. We're just the nicest bunch of people to feel comfortable with. Your sound booth has a lot to desire. I was hearing outside traffic while trying to listen to the voices. I wasn't sure what was the test and what was the outside world.. but everybody there was super super friendly

The receptionist, Courtney was so friendly and polite. Donna Fleckenstein was absolutely amazing to work with. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease when she spoke to me and explained everything that she was doing during the process of the hearing test. It was a pleasure meeting her and talking with her. She went above and beyond to assist me. The best part was the emotions that I felt when she put the hearing aids in my ear and I could hear. HEARING LIFE IS THE BEST. I'M SO GRATEFUL

The ladies In the office are very nice and they are knowledgeable. But the man that called me on the phone was not nice, rude even. Insisted I needed to come into the office and bring someone with me. I was in the office not long ago but I went , there was no reason at all for me to go there, so I drove 43 miles for no reason.
