HIGHLY RECOMMEND From the moment I walked into Dr. Shields office, the staff made me feel at ease. The day of my procedure, I was again greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone there, including the anesthesiologist, explained the next steps of the procedure, answering all my questions, putting my mind at ease. Dr. Shields himself was pleasure to talk to, explaining everything, in a way that was easy to understand. I tried to make an appointment with Doctor shields per my Doctor. The office staff said he doesnt see new patients. It seems like nowadays it is customary for Doctors to open an office and never be present and let some intern, nurse, or physician assistant to run the place. So, the place is under his name and another person runs the place. Poor ethics or, a new way of making money?

Saw Dr Denier. Had a successful colonoscopy so she made no further attempt to diagnose my continued symptoms. As a matter of fact, they outright refused to give me an appointment when I called.
